Made around your project

The design is a beginning.

Your project may need a different proportion, an added detail or a revised inscription. Share the changes you have in mind so we can assess them before you commit.

01

Shape & proportions

Discuss the overall dimensions, base and any changes needed to suit the installation site. Include cemetery requirements where available.

02

Stone & finish

Compare stone choices and specify polished, honed or textured surfaces. Availability and the final combination are confirmed for your order.

03

Carved details

Bring reference images for the figures, flowers, branches or other details you want us to assess. Scale and stone choice affect what can be made.

04

Lettering & artwork

Share the lettering layout and artwork for review. Discuss the scale, line detail and contrast on your chosen stone.

Manufacturing & order preparation

The product is one part
of a complete order.

Component dimensions, finished surfaces and packing references connect your selected design to a shipment your team can check and receive.

Granite tablets and base components on the factory production floor

Review the components together.

The production-floor photograph shows stone parts at different stages. The product drawing identifies each component, its dimensions and the finish of its faces and edges.

Protection, restraint and wooden packing for stone components

Include packing in the order scope.

Finished faces, projecting details and multi-part sets need appropriate protection and identification. The order and packing information should describe what your team will receive.

From inquiry to an agreed order

Make the next
step specific.

You do not need a finished technical package to start. A model reference, your intended quantity and a clear description give us a useful starting point.

  1. Tell us what you need.

Include this product reference, quantities, stone preferences and the delivery destination. Describe any changes or details still to be decided.

  2. Agree the specification.

Review the dimensions, artwork, finishes and component requirements together. The quotation should make the agreed scope clear.

  3. Confirm the production plan.

Set the order schedule after the specification and commercial terms are agreed. Ask which progress and inspection details can be provided.

  4. Plan packing and delivery.

Confirm the packing requirements, destination and freight terms for your U.S. or Canadian order. Keep production time and transit time separate.

Before you request a quote

A few practical
questions.

Can we modify this design for a customer?

Yes, we can review custom proportions, stone choices, carving and lettering. Describe the change and any cemetery or site requirements in your inquiry. Feasibility and pricing depend on the final specification.

What should I include in the inquiry?

The product reference is included automatically. Add the quantity, preferred stone, dimensions if different, and the delivery city or postal code. If you have drawings or photographs, mention them so we can arrange the next step.

Does one container a week mean a seven-day order?

No. It describes the factory’s steady weekly supply capacity. Production time for your order depends on design complexity, material preparation, the order mix and approvals. Your quotation will need its own schedule.

Can this product be supplied to the U.S. or Canada?

We work with trade buyers in both markets. Tell us the destination and preferred delivery arrangement so the freight scope can be discussed. Local cemetery acceptance and installation requirements should be checked for the project.

Do you sell directly for a personal memorial?

StoneMemo supplies trade businesses. For a personal or family purchase, a local memorial retailer can help with cemetery requirements, artwork approval and installation.
